About the event

Veterans Around the Fire is a monthly coffee morning hosted by South West Survival, created for veterans who want somewhere relaxed, informal, and outdoors to connect with others.

This is not a formal club, therapy session, or military-style event. It is simply a chance to sit around the campfire, have a coffee, talk with people who understand service life, and spend a couple of hours outdoors in good company.

Each session runs from 10am to 12pm and includes time around the fire, hot drinks, conversation, and a few optional bushcraft skills.

You do not need any previous bushcraft experience. You do not need to know anyone before coming. Just turn up, grab a brew, and settle in around the fire.

What to Expect

  • Campfire coffee and relaxed conversation
